Inkscape è un programma open source per il disegno, simile a Illustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw e Xara X che si basa sul formato standard W3C "Scalable Vector Graphics" (SVG).

I wrote an extension based off of the hgpl_cut used for exporting as hpgl. I named it InkCut Plot Paths. It's still under development, I make a few changes every now and then... It sends hpgl directly to your cutter via serial or usb. I have NOT tested on windows, or mac, I do not intend to. It works perfect on ubuntu and should work fine on any other linux box.

Penso che farò un pensierino sulla possibilità di installare Linux su un computer vecchio che ho, con poca ram, che ne dici? Secondo te è fattibile?L'avevo già fatto una volta, creando due partizioni con Wubi, ma il computer era troppo lento, e ho reinstallato solo Windows.Ma installando solo Ubuntu, non dovrebbe esserci questo problema.
Grazie mille, ho circa 500 mb di ram, e come disco fisso credo 80 gb. E' un computer di recupero, quindi non devo preoccuparmi di fare casini. Quale distro mi suggerisci?
