Ci sono delle funzioni di Inkscape che si usano poco, o almeno io le utilizzo poco, preferendo Gimp per ottenere lo stesso risultato. Così ho approfittato di un videotutorial di TJ FREE per ripassare la funzione fissaggio.

E questo è il mio risultato, ho scaricato le stesse immagini da Pixabay. Pensavo poi di fare un tutorial in italiano (con altre foto e modalità) che può essere sempre di aiuto, che dite?

Intanto il mio contributo alla diffusione del comando clip (fissaggio), utile in questo caso a conformare un'ombra alla parte inferiore di un velivolo. E' in inglese, ma si capisce:
How to give some shadow to a fuselage (image 1), is my personal solution.
2 - Trace the contour of the area to be shadowed being careful to follow the gentle curve of the fuselage bottom;
3 - Choose color, usually dark green or black; discard stroke; give the proper blur an transparency to the fill, until you're satisfied;
4 - duplicate fuselage: this will be the "crop area" and will be invisible after the cropping (that's why we work on a copy of the fuselage"
5- Menu Object, Clip->Set.
